CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS

We are currently converting a vacant former commercial hotel—previously used as a cannabis factory—into a modern, high-quality 9-bedroom HMO in Morecambe.

As a former hotel, the building benefits from generous proportions throughout, providing an excellent foundation for this development. Spanning over five floors, the property will offer nine spacious bedrooms, each with its own well-sized ensuite.

The layout also includes four communal areas, a separate communal WC with wash facilities, wide and airy communal hallways, and two outdoor spaces.

The property is scheduled to come to the rental market in early to mid-2026.
